Montalto Consulting Group (mcg) is the concretion of the dream of 2 partners that had pursued their careers in multinational companies, respectively in the consulting and automotive sectors, with large experience in executive positions both in Europe and Latin America.<\/p>\n

Alejo<\/span> Montalto<\/h4>\n

Management Engineer graduated from Solvay Business School with MBA program from McGill University and MBA (Master in Business Administration) of ICADE, Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid.<\/p>\n

He has led several international projects in the Financial and Commercial Direction and then specialized in areas of Quality, Continuous Improvement and Development Suppliers in multinational within the automotive sector. He has held senior consultant positions in Latin America in the industrial and services sector.<\/p>\n

Co-founder and partner of \u201cMontessori Garden Bilingual\u201d and \u201cMontessori Liceo Internacional\u201d in Bucaramanga, has diplomas in the area of human development in kinesiology (scientific study of the human movement) and emotional coaching applied to organizations.<\/p>\n

Pablo<\/span> Ansorena<\/h4>\n

Industrial Engineer from the University of Valladolid, Master Lean Gold by the Renault-Nissan Business School, Advanced Business Administration and Management Program of the CVE, FIEV Certified Process Auditor.<\/p>\n

He has held management positions in the areas of Operations, Engineering and Continuous Improvement within the automotive sector. He has held positions of Senior Consultant and Project Manager in international consulting with projects carried out in Europe and Latin America in the industrial, services and agro-food sector.<\/p>\n

He collaborates as a project tutor at different Universities (Valladolid, Polytechnic of Madrid, Ecole 3A Lyon) and lecturer in Business Schools (Chamber Of Commerce Valladolid, University of Burgos). He has written articles for different publications (Forum Quality, Qualitas Hodie, Apemar, Specialized Blogs).<\/p>\n
