{"id":1937,"date":"2020-02-15T00:52:36","date_gmt":"2020-02-15T00:52:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.montaltoconsulting.com\/?p=1937"},"modified":"2020-09-30T17:53:20","modified_gmt":"2020-09-30T17:53:20","slug":"gestion-del-tiempo-ejemplaridad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.montaltoconsulting.com\/es\/gestion-del-tiempo-ejemplaridad\/","title":{"rendered":"Gesti\u00f3n del tiempo: Ejemplaridad"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column width=\u00bb2\/3&#8243;][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todos transmitimos ejemplo y si gestionas un equipo de trabajo, transmites a tu equipo tu propio estilo de trabajo, incluido el modo de utilizar el tiempo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por ello, para alcanzar la eficacia es imprescindible no solo estar convencido del valor de un enfoque sistem\u00e1tico de las t\u00e9cnicas de utilizaci\u00f3n del tiempo, sino tambi\u00e9n utilizarlas p\u00fablicamente para transmitirlas a otros. Para ello:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Haz que la discusi\u00f3n del uso del tiempo se convierta en parte habitual de la revisi\u00f3n del rendimiento, y establece objetivos de mejora.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si logras que cada una de las personas de tu equipo asuma y comparta esa idea, habr\u00e1s conseguido un efecto multiplicador de impresionante repercusi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tus colaboradores no manejan bien el tiempo si t\u00fa no lo haces. El equipo tiene siempre a seguir el ejemplo del jefe, en lo bueno y en lo malo. No les dificultes su tarea ni les facilites excusas.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dedica el tiempo preciso al desarrollo de tus colaboradores; el aprendizaje y el entrenamiento no aparecen de modo gratuito y espont\u00e1neo; lograr uno y otro es funci\u00f3n del jefe. Es tu obligaci\u00f3n hacerlo; pero es, sobre todo, tu inter\u00e9s. La capacidad que alcanzas como jefe es la capacidad que sepas lograr de tu equipo.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Analiza el flujo de trabajo y busca modos de simplificarlo. Hoy se habla poco de organizaci\u00f3n, pero s\u00f3lo se supone que es una lecci\u00f3n ya aprendida. Si algo puede acortar un proceso es organizarlo debidamente.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Busca las causas de p\u00e9rdida de tiempo de tu equipo y discute con \u00e9l peri\u00f3dicamente c\u00f3mo atacarlas. Ten en cuenta que, en grupo, las causas de p\u00e9rdida de tiempo se multiplican. Pero tambi\u00e9n las soluciones se potencian.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>\u201cPr\u00e1ctica y entrena, ahorrar\u00e1s tiempo\u201d<\/strong><\/em>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column
